Ontario Cross Country Skiing

CROSS COUNTRY SKIING OR SNOW SHOEING in Ontario is a wonderful way to get some exercise while enjoying the outdoors. There are many trails located close to Owen Sound. From mid December to February you can pretty well count on some awesome trails. The trails in all locations can range from beginner to the advanced levels having both hills and flat areas. Most trails are in the bush so they are very scenic.  A heated Chalet is at most places, so when you are cold you can go inside and enjoy the warmth while having some hot chocolate.
